Mary Holt recently joined The Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkeley as their Planetarium Manager. In this role Mary acts as supervisor for the lead planetarium show creator and presenter, the Planetarium Specialist. She also oversees training for student presenters, does project management for the planetarium, and gives shows to the public and school groups. Mary has been in the planetarium field since 2010 starting as an undergrad at University of Michigan and then working at the California Academy of Sciences for over eight years. She currently serves as Secretary and IDEA Committee member for the Pacific Planetarium Association and EDI Committee member for the International Planetarium Society.
