Abstract: The International Planetarium Society's Education Committee is working on several projects whose aim is to improve astronomy teaching and learning, especially as it regards the planetarium, and related outreach efforts. Find out what these initiatives involve, and see how you might play a part. I'd like to hear ideas from other organizations' education committee members about similar initiatives that they are pursuing, and will allow time during my presentation time for you to do so.
